1. Services Provided
- Diagnostic testing (blood, urine, stool, etc.)
- Home sample collection
- Digital X-ray, ECG
- Report delivery via WhatsApp/email/portal
- Health check-up packages
2. Booking & Payment
- Booking Confirmation: Via SMS/WhatsApp within 30 minutes
- Payment: Full payment required at booking (online/cash)
- Cancellation: Free cancellation 2 hours before collection
- No-Show: 50% retention fee applies
3. Report Delivery
- Routine Tests: 4-6 hours (90% same day)
- Cultures/Special Tests: 24-72 hours
- Critical Results: Immediate phone call to patient/doctor
- All reports signed by certified pathologists
4. Accuracy & Liability
- Results are for informational purposes only
- Final diagnosis and treatment decisions rest with your doctor
- We are not liable for treatment decisions based on our reports
- Results accurate to industry standards (±5% variation possible)
5. Home Collection
- Available 7 AM – 9 PM daily
- Patient must be available at scheduled time
6. Refunds & Re-testing
- Free re-testing if gross error proven within 7 days
- No refunds after sample collection
- Technical rejections (hemolysis, insufficient sample) may require re-collection at additional cost
7. Patient Responsibilities
- Provide accurate medical history
- Fast when required (8-12 hours for FBS, Lipid Profile)
- Inform about medications/allergies
- Keep appointment slot free
