Do you provide home sample collection?
Yes, we provide free home sample collection across the city. Book your slot via website, WhatsApp, or call us. Our trained phlebotomists follow strict safety and hygiene protocols.
How soon will I get my reports?
Most routine blood tests are delivered within 24 hours. Same-day reporting is available for 90% of tests. Specialized tests (cultures, histopathology, etc.) take 24–72 hours.

Reports are sent instantly via WhatsApp and email. You can also visit our lab in the working time 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Are fasting tests really required to be fasting?
Yes, for accurate results in tests like Fasting Blood Sugar, Lipid Profile, and certain hormone tests, 8–12 hours of fasting (only water allowed) is mandatory.
Do you offer health check-up packages?
Yes, we have customized preventive health packages for all age groups — Basic, Executive, Master Health Check-up, Diabetic, Cardiac, Women Wellness, and Senior Citizen packages at very affordable prices.
What are your working hours and emergency services?
